Courses Available

Pre License Course (60 hour)

This is the 60- hour, S.C. Real Estate Commission Approved Course Required before you can take the state exam for a sales person license. This Comprehensive and exciting course covers, S.C. real estate laws, federal laws, appraisal, contracts, property management, financing, agency, real property law, ethics, settlement and closings and so much more.

Advanced Principles Course (30 Hour)

These five, six hour courses are required by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission before applying for a salesperson license. These courses also provide excellent review material to assist the Pre-license student preparing for the state exam. These course may be taken before the student takes the state exam, but must be taken before the student can apply for their salesperson license.
