My name is Ikenna Ositadinma Nwibe; I am originally from Enugu state, Nigeria. I was raised by a single mother who was a businesswoman and a serial entrepreneur; she taught me and my 2 sisters how to be successful from her examples, we would go out to one of her shops during the weekend to help out, watching my mum build a successful business in Nigeria out of very little inspired me. I originally came to the United States of America to attend college and play basketball; everyone from back home thought I was going to make it to the NBA. I got admitted into an hbcu called Voorhees college and also was a part of the basketball team, I was a good addition to their team due to the fact I am 6ft9inch tall. Basketball didn't really work out like I expected due to injuries and my lack of fundamentals, so I shifted my focus more to my studies, which is a major in computer science. I had worked multiple jobs to support myself through college with the help of my mother. I worked a few customers service jobs, examples were family dollar, and Walmart, which were a keystone to my fundamentals to being a good salesman; at first, I didn't really know that I had a knack in customer service until I had repeat customers that only wanted to deal with me due to exceptional customer service. I had a few life-changing events that put me on the path to becoming a business owner, one was the birth of my son and the other was when I became a licensed life insurance agent, the experience of being an agent opened me up to the possibilities and upsides of being independent and working for myself under a broker. I didn't last long selling life insurance and I decided to venture out into other thing, I have successfully managed and ran a car lot for the last 5years; i have a few characters that set me off from the rest; I treat others the way I would like to be treated and never to judge a book by it cover, and I have never been the type to stay in the background; I am always interacting with customers directly, I do that to ensure customer service is at its best. I am here to serve
